Refund Policy

Effective November 2, 2026

AI Shelf Report ($99)

You get a full refund, automatically, if:

  • We can't analyze your store. For example, the URL isn't an online store, or there's too little about your category for AI services to answer buyer questions about it. We'll tell you, and refund rather than send an empty report.
  • The AI services fail us twice. If too few answers come back to meet our quality bar, we run the report again. If the second run also fails, we refund rather than send an incomplete report.
  • We miss our delivery promise. We deliver within 2 business days of your order. If we haven't, you can ask for a full refund.

Your report link keeps working after a refund.

If you think a report contains a factual error, email us and we'll check it and correct it.

AI Shelf Report and Playbook ($750)

You get a full refund, automatically, if:

  • We can't analyze your store, as for the AI Shelf Report above.
  • The AI services fail us twice, as for the AI Shelf Report above.
  • We miss our delivery promise. We deliver within 2 business days of the day you give us access to your Google Search Console. If we haven't, you can ask for a full refund.

If you decide not to give us Search Console access, tell us before we start and we refund the Playbook in full.

Your report link keeps working after a refund. A credit you used toward the Playbook is refunded with it.

Monthly plan ("Get on the shelf")

  • Plans start with a 3-month minimum term, then continue month to month.
  • After the minimum term, cancel any time by emailing hello@ecomindex.ai at least 30 days before the next billing date. Work continues through the end of the paid period.
  • Fees for a month that has started are not refunded, except that if we deliver none of that month's agreed work, we refund that month's fee.

How to ask

Email hello@ecomindex.ai with your order email and store URL. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5-10 business days.
